Fast 4.5 miles.

[Plugging Along]

800 meter time trial, walk a lap
two mile jog.
25 minute bike.

A doe and fawn have been eating grass near the track some nights.

This time a different doe with two fawns showed up,
and the doe got through the angled gate and onto the track.
When I got close she ran back to the gate, I slowed up to give her time to wiggle through.
