IPA beers are not always great with food. The powerful hop taste can wash out and numb the taste buds before a meal, for me.

Within the last month, but we didn’t sit in the bar near the bison. According to the bartender, the bison was taken down a couple months ago when they repainted the walls. So, he’s in the basement and will be hung up again at some point.
