No. Not really. :D
But there's an intonation to an affirmative statements by Mainers (like my brother) that can indeed sound like "uh...yuh." The pacing of my speech changes up there.

It's not a bad accent to have, Philly and New York are far more dreadful.

I don't have one, except for certain words. Most people usually don't know where I'm from, unless they hear me say the word water. That word reveals my Phillyness.
