Almost exactly 2 years ago I has surgery on my left knee. Many years of rugby, soccer and running just wore it out.

Since then I have struggled with any consistent running....the pain is just too much.

Lately I have started up again....5 minutes one day. Then 10. Then 15.

So today, for the first time in almost 3 years....I ran a 5k!!!!!
