12K.  Saw a couple of people putting up their Christmas decorations and I swear, every other person/couple I passed were out walking their dog(s).

3.5 gnarly trail miles.  Kind of dangerous in the woods this time of year.  Leaves and pine needles hiding all of the little ankle twisting roots and rocks.  DW and I made it out more or less unscathed though so it was a success!
