10.85K. Passed a guy on the other side of a neighbourhood street peeing in front of his car in broad daylight.

A mom and her two kids probably 4 & 6 years old passing by on that side of the road was none too pleased. See gave him a talkin' to and took a pic of his car's license plate.

Not totally, but car appeared running and windows were open. No ideal who he was. About 5K away from my home. Was at the side of a funeral home and just across the main street about 150 yards away was a Community Centre with public washrooms.
