Dozen Ks.  Lovely Spring evening again.

ran 5 walked 3

[Plugging Along]

went for a 10k time trial.
rain had let up, the earth worms were still on the track
throat felt small, maybe dust at work, maybe allergies
made it to half way, so 5k at about 8:30 pace
good effort, but feet didn't hurt.
