10 miles in the dark. A little under 9:15 pace.
Temps still in the mid 60s, but humidity about 90%.
Ugh.

Definitely warmish, but ok without the sun.
Fireflies kept me company.

Used an old pair of shoes.
Started to get a hot spot, so I shut it down at 10.
30 for the week, 7th week at that volume.
Also Season Bests for 10k and half marathon.

227lbs after the run.
10 miles at 9 low now feels routine.
