Coyote Mas Loco

I did the Vail Hill Climb. It hurt like hell, harder than Mt Evans in a way because it's steeper shorter and faster. 7.6 miles with 2,400 ft of elevation gain. 8:35 pace, 1st in age. Good bench mark because men's masters an women's overall champs from Mt. Washington were there and I held my own.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Good climbing Coyote.

11K easy for me.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Coyote, wow!!

Six days after a grueling trail half marathon, I dipped my toes back into sprint workouts with 6 x 150m repeats at the track, @ 80% top speed (after 20 mins plot warmups).  Some young locals (in their 30's and 40's) have been trash talking at our Wednesday all-comers track meets, so this old guy needs to put them in their place.
