If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Track workout last night!  First, I led the running club in some dynamic stretches (High knees, butt kicks, Mach A & B skips, grapevines, swing kicks). Then we did 16 x 100m with 100m rest.

This workout was prep for Thursday's 1 mile + 200m challenge.

Busy at work, rest day.
With a half marathon on saturday this is fine.
