So...I guess one artificial hip isn't enough. After today's PW (15.00) in the 100 meters at the CT Masters Games, I could not walk for a few minutes. I know this pain; unlike 8 years ago, it won't take me many months to figure out what's going on.

Also, unlike last time, nobody will be telling me I can never run gain. (Pardon the triple negative).

I may be able to get through the season with a cortisone shot; we'll see what the great Dr. Su says. More to come.

I did manage to snag third in the 50m in 8.68
