Track meet tonight!  Our final all-comers track meet for the season.  Assuming we get enough volunteers for me to be able to run, I'll be racing the 50m and 100m against the 20- and 30-something kids.

I only ran the 50 and felt like crap. My calves and my hips. Some 40-something guy beat me for the first time ever and I shut it down. ART tomorrow before the big 200 and 1 Mile race.
