You "can". I don't think they freeze well. But, I've only tried the ones from trader joes. Maybe if you freeze them yourself they aren't as gross?

I guess you can't eat them as is after you thaw them out. Maybe they'd only be good for guacamole.

I don't know. I tried them a few times (trader joe's used to carry them) and I couldn't figure out how to make them work. Somehow they lost their avocado taste and the texture was gross. I LOVE the idea of them but it was a no-go for me. I don't love most frozen veggies though, to be honest. Usually they come out watery & mushy. I buy frozen spinach in something I am going to cook it down in anyway, frozen cauliflower rice (fresh is better still though), peas, corn, edamame, and that is about it. The rest? No thank you!

I think if you make a lot of vegan chocolate pudding or something like that... maybe? Or maybe if you put them in smoothies? But not anything where you actually want yummy avocado flavor/texture.

I would think frozen would only be good for a smoothie type use.

I'm the same with frozen veggies. I like the ones you mentioned frozen but others only if they're being cooked into something.
