Ran the 2 mile jingle Bell run wearing my menorah hat, which caused a scandal.

Local Santa 5k wearing a propeller santa beanie.  I remembered to use my inhaler this time, lol, and had a much easier run.

Been trying to incorporate some "low heart rate" runs into the schedule because I think I tend to run too much to the middle.  Too early to tell, but I seem to be recovering more quickly.
