Track workout today!

Drove into the Reggie, which was busy with some high schoolers doing their workouts.

25 minutes dynamic stretches and sprint drills.
1 x 200@ 85%
3 x 100@ 90%
1 x 200@ 80%
1 x 300@ 80%
4 x 40m with blocks

After my 2nd 100, A high school girl came up to me and told me I was fast. This made my day. :)

Later this afternoon is our annual champagne fun run. It's a 5 mile run stopping at five club members houses to toast the new year. I'm pretty bushed from this workout, so I won't run the whole thing. I'll catch a ride from somebody for part of it.
