3 miles + one hour of strength training (kettlebell and TRX strap)

21.1K. Planned on only going 16-18K, but weather conditions today were great for late January with temps around 40F and streets mainly clear of ice and snow. It seems I wasn't the only one enjoy the great weather as it looks like 3 out of 5 people I follow on Strava did a half marathon distance as well. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Long and productive day at the New England Masters Chamionships. Best event was a 9.12 60 meters, 2nd place (83.33 WAVA) and fastest in 4 years. Now ranked 9th nationally. Also 2nd in long jump (3.74 meters, longest in a year). Third place in the triple jump although that remains a work in progress. Last event was the 200 meters - was 1.2 seconds slower than last week, good workout anyway. I'm tired, but still walking!
