Ran 4 miles. Pleasantly chilly! Temp in the 40's with blustery winds.

I did 8 with 8X 40-64 seconds. First 4 were uphill, with a decent rise over the last 50 m. The last 4 were on a gradual (1%) downhill grade, at basically 200 m. 5:20-5:30/mile pace on the downhill ones. Uphills a bit slower, but focused on form and keeping the legs moving.

9 miles on my regular 7 mile route with an added loop. Despite gorgeous weather less people out from last weekend.
A few obnoxious "couple spreaders". Outdoor mask use seemed down - maybe 20%.
