3.1 miles along the river. 40F with steam rising off the river. Lovely.

I did have a stare down with a opossum at one point. Luckily he decided to leave rather than block my route.

14.75K. Just missed getting into some flurries, wet rain.

9 miles 60% aerobic 40% LT. No unintentional VO2 max like last time which was weird.
Gorgeous weather but massive snow from yesterday melting so sloppy. 
Mostly walkers out - about 40%/60% masked/not masked.
The masks kinda bum me out - density was probably 15 people per square mile. 
Hopefully they are just guidance followers versus terrified.

8.6 rolling (570 ft vert). Really nice afternoon/evening.
No runners wearing masks. A few walkers were.

3 miles 50 sit-ups and 10 burpees.

1 mile jog
1 mile bleacher repeats (hill work)
2 mile jog

sunny, 50 with some wind,
spring has sprung again.
