8.6 with a 1 mile road time trial. 5:36--at least it age grades pretty well, and almost exactly aligned with the 10K and 15K I did in recent weeks. Multi-speed training helps you keep a fairly decent racing range from the mile to half marathon.
I'll stick to running, thank you.
