Morning 7.8 on turf and dirt, maybe just 3/4 mile of pavement.

After long warm up (35 minutes with drills et al.) did some speed work. Not a lot but enough to stimulate some mile speed. Mentioned this the other week, but doing the Brooklyn mile in 2 weeks, it's virtual, but it has age grading and altitude adjustments.  And prize money.
