Track workout today! They finally opened the local track! Be still my beating heart. I jogged 1.5 miles through the woods to the track, then did 4 x 400m with 200 rest. Jogged home.

Would have done more but for 100°+ heat index and hard workout yesterday (P90X3 Eccentric Lower).

But with a track available my running mojo is back!

5k on the treadmill and some body/hand weight exercises.

9 miles aerobic pace and HR.
Finally slowed down enough in the heat to avoid unintentional LT runs.
Figured out two mindless levers to turn to make my goto route run lengths 6 to 11 (or more) miles all in 1 mile increments.
Adding loops in the best most scenic part adds 2 miles per loop for an even number mile run. Doing a farther out (to trail end past loop) adds 1 mile making it an odd number mile run.
