Frost warning last night in surrounding rural areas. Warmed up nicely in the bright sunshine. 22.5K
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

We got our good Seattle area air back!  First run since the 10th. Got rained on a bit, but did 2.7 miles. Tomorrow's my 74th birthday so I think I'll do 7.4 miles.
