Having a couple over for hamburgers on the grill.
I'm doing the WLC and don't want to blow it especially since last night dinner was my cheat night...

Hmmm. What else to serve...

How about a slaw with cabbage or whatever veggies you have, and an oil based dressing?

I would probably serve some yummy vegetable side & have potato chips on hand for non-dieters.

And then I'd eat all the chips because I'm an idiot like that.

I went with roasted potatoes - regular and sweet .. and I just ate the sweet.  Bonus - we had extra for breakfast the next day.

It's a pain in the ass - mainly becuase you don't get that many, but you can make "chips" out of spinach leaves with oil and salt (and garlic if you want) on a cookie sheet.  We've done it with spinach that was starting to go (like no way would you eat it raw and "wilted" seemed iffy, but cooked to death would be fine).  I mean, they're a vehicle for salt, but they were really good.

I slice cucumber ( quite finely), drizzle a little olive oil, lemon juice and then add a sprinkle of rock salt & cayenne powder
