Ugh, felt lightheaded and dead in the legs. Not sure if it's still some effects of my Tuesday AstraZeneca vaccine shot, or signs of overtraining. Felt just a little better at the end of the 11K commute.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
