Track workout today!  Last workout before Saturday's Master's meet.


Quality over quantity.
Jog 800m
25 minutes dynamic stretching and sprint drills.


3 x 100m with blocks @ 95%
1 x 200m @85%
1 x 150m @85%


Jog 800m


I didn't time the 100s because I was using block (need a free hand to start the watch), but my 200 and 150 were the fastest solos (not in a group) of the spring.
