Longest run of the spring: 16km/10mi trail run!
Longest by-time of the year at 2 1/2 hrs

Felt good to keep good progress going toward mileage build this month, got a 12k or longer run each week * (including one ‘split’ run day in a 24-hr period)

Today was supposed to be cooler but I drug my feet to get started, still not bad for this time of year 24*c/74%RH high 70sF.

Next week I will back off the running to do an endurance Mountain Biking event.
