Hot, humid temps have returned. Right quad was a little bothersome feeling today. 11.75K

No running for me this week. Backed off in prep for a long Mountain Bike race this weekend.
But, fell hard during my Friday course pre-ride. Had to withdraw from the race and will be interesting to see how the rib injury affects the prep for my first marathon in August. Hoping to try a long walk/hike today to test it out.
