5 miles. Getting colder. This was my first run since summer where I've needed sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt plus a windbreaker.

Got in my second run in today since my MS flare up. Two months ago I couldn't move my left leg and while I'm not leaving any rubber on the road I'm loving every step of it.
