October 31 and end of month

I did 9.1 today on trails. It's 30 degrees cooler than yesterday.

265 for the month, and 54 for the week. I did two races in October, a 5K XC race and road half marathon. Ran faster per mile in the half, but XC rocks.

Ran a small 5k today in full costume (roman gladiator) in 21:30.   Not bad for me.  Came in 4th overall and 1st in age group.  Like I said, it was a small race.  Lol.

7 miles in and around the neighborhood under blue skies with temps in the low 50's F.

Thanks!!  Honestly I can't believe how good I've felt lately.  Definitely enjoying it while it lasts.

Keep it up! Even if things get bad, they can get better at any age (or so I contend)

13.3km combo walk/run on a relatively flat trail near my February target race.

Last 6k at February target race pace (6:45/km)

2nd day in a row running (maybe for the first time since August??)

Signed up for a 30k in two weeks and my first 50k in February.
