3 miles in the high 60°s this morning.

7.7miles way out east in Aurora with a couple of friends. One wanted to do an 800 m time trial in under 2:30, and forgot that it's now full slow-twitch season. But I jumped in to rabbit 450 m. He didn't quite make it but he did run 2:34 at age 62, so a job well down. We did a long cool down on trails.
