Labor Day Monday September 5th

Ran a Labour Day 10K this morning. Nice cool overcast conditions on a mostly nicely groomed Conservation Area trail and boardwalks. Just 8 days past my marathon, so I'm still in recovery mode. Ran a 51:27, which was almost four minutes slower than a 10K I ran a couple of months ago. But it was good for 2nd place in my AG. Right calf tightened up on me the last 3K and I'm limping a bit on it right now.
