Ran a Robbie Burns 8K race this morning. Great January weather, just above freezing, dry clear roads, very little wind. 38:07 gun time. 118/492 overall. 4/45 in the M60-69 AG.

i ran in shorts! i ran for the fourth time this year! i ran for the fourth time since quitting my allergist!


only 1.25 miles and there was a rescue puff that was kinda more needed than not.


but i ran. in shorts.


and now it is snowing...
