Heavy rain (it used to snow here in February) so I did 40 minutes on the dreadmill while watching women's college softball.

Mild ice storm last night that coated all the trees and bushes in a light ice coating, plus a coating of frost on the ground. Waited till just before noon to head out on my run, so the roads had a chance to thaw out. Still a good wind chill at 5°F as I headed out for 11.3K
