First run in about a month. Two weeks in Hawaii followed be a quick driving trip to California for a funeral and to see grandkids for the first time since the pandemic were followed by three weeks of strep followed by intense sinus issues. Two courses of overlapping different antibiotics and I'm well again, but oh boy today's 3 miles were a slog.
