Had to wait till the day's rain ended just before 4pm to get out for my weekend long run. 18.4K in cool 50°F temps.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

After five days off, got out for a solid 10k at a steady chill pace (zone 1). Shoulder injury not much of a factor.
