3.3 miles, delightfully raw. 50° with drizzle, but now I have to go to Florida.   But it's my stepmom's 98th birthday. Can't miss that.

Ran a 5K race this morning. Glad the temps came down from the 80°Fs yesterday into the low 70°Fs this morning.

Small town just 45 minutes north of Toronto. 20th running or the race. Bit olde rolling hills.
