Happy solstice. In places Alaksa and Finland this is a big day.

7.3 miles easy on a mix of single-track trail at our park (I run there 2-3 times a week), with a 2 mile out and back on a gravel road. I'm tapering for a road mile this weekend. I don't really like the mile, and trying to get into the right headspace.
