Worked a 3K/5K/10K race down by our waterfront beaches trails. Some very good runners out with the Men's 10K winner in 29:25 and the Women's in 36:17.


After the race was done, got my running clothing on at went out for 16K.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
