Still residual issues with left hamstring. Did easy 3 miles to try to avoid worsening it. Last run I definitely made it worse so took a week off before heading out again. Nice day for it today. 46° and blue skies.

Once again had to wait for rain showers to end, but didn't mind the extra recovery time from yesterday's long run. 10.5K late afternoon.
