I got caught between a phone call and a meeting so had to keep the run shorter than I had wanted. 45 minutes easy at noon. It was a bit cooler, and I was moderately chilled in shorts and a long sleeve. Later did 35 minutes on the spin bike.

Windchill was tough today. Got morning 10.5K in.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
