Wow, beautiful mid 50°'s day. Got to do 4 miles in shorts and t-shirt.

7.4 miles with some stride outs to loosen up; was feeling pretty beat up yesterday so it was good to be cruising again, legs a little tired from Monday's long run but no pain.

Led out my Running Store's Run Club for 7K. Nice and easy.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
