[Fast Eddie]

Gorgeous Spring Day. 10.5K. Energy level low. Worked an Aid Station yesterday at the Toronto Marathon. Hauling around 25 gallon tubs of water, and reaching down to clean up thousand of used cups, really did a number on my old body.

Supposed to be getting stormy this afternoon before we start a warming trend later this week. Got 4 miles in before the rain arrives. Bit windy and 54°, pretty close to perfect for a run actually.
