At the Massachusetts Senior Games today, I won the long jump, got second in the 200, third in the 50 and fourth in the 100 in the M 65-69 age group.

Great work Arrojo. Congrats!!  :rah:

Worked a small morning 5K. Got home, ate, took a nap and went out for 16K. Nice sunny warmish day.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
