It got hot quick during my morning run. So much that my heart rate was higher than usual and my Garmin interpreted my basic running pace for 12.5K as a Tempo Run.

Same experience here. After a week off while vacationing with all my kids and grandkids, I got started way too late in the day. Really sweaty run with heart rate way up by the end of what should have been a pretty easy 3 miles.
