Lunch time 18K long run. Not super hot, but enough that I stopped at a drug store for a Gatorade at 13K. Had a water fountain stop at 7K as well. Thank you Google Pay.

Temps here down about 15° from 2 days ago run. Did 5 miles and averaged lower heart rate with better time at about same perceived effort.
