3.5 mile fartlek run around the ocean. Run hard for 60 seconds, then jog easy for 60 seconds. Repeat 15 times.

19 miles, starting out easy closing faster, avg. 8:04/mile.

Set up a Start/Finish arch in front of our City Hall for a Civic Employee's charity run. Bit of light showers, but not bad. Then had to deliver the arch and equipment to my Event Staffer for him to use on Sunday at an event, which was an hour drive away. Then had to pickup another arch and race clock for me to use on the weekend at other weekend events. Needed to pick up some other stuff, and do some grocery shopping. Didn't get out to run till near sunset, but it was a nice run with some spits of rain. 11.5K.
