Another 3 miles on same route as the last couple with heart rate lower and time shorter. Still not where I was before the cancer diagnosis, but improving steadily.

Day off. Went for a mile ice skate after lunch, then 11.3K run late afternoon.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
