Sunny and dry and 42° today. 3 miles. Can't get over this weather. It's been great for running and so far I am experiencing no side effects from any of the three chemotherapy intravesical infusions I've undergone over the past three Fridays for my bladder cancer. Woohoo!

Day off today, but would of been a nice day for a run with temps just below freezing and just slight winds. Did 8.3K yesterday that I didn't post.
