I ran a 5K. I got 2nd in 17:58. It's been about 20 years since I've run that fast but I've been putting in the work.

It was way too hot, about 74F at the finish.

Great work kawasa, especially in hot conditions.  :bow2:
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
