8.2 miles easy on the trails here, maybe my penultimate run on BCLP trails near Red Rocks. Have run there about 3 times a week over the past decade.

Why is that? Sorry if I missed some news.

I did 4.3 miles after some thunderstorms broke the heat. It started pouring about 1.5 miles in but I didn't mind after all the heat we've had.

4K warm up, 5 x 300m hill repeats, 4K cool down. Glad it wasn't as hot as previous days.

I'm in Phoenix through Saturday and it's too damn hot. Did 3 miles on the dreadmill.
